About Your Student
We/I certify that the information in this application is true, accurate and complete. We/I authorize Wild Fern Montessori School to request any information that it believes is relevant to this application.
We/I understand that any recommendation received on behalf of the applicant shall remain confidential and will not be shared with parents/ guardians. We/I understand that false, incomplete, omitted or misleading information given on this application received during the application process may result in a refusal to admit or dismissal in the event of admission. We/I understand that this application will not be considered if the application fee is not submitted.
To be placed on the waitlist for any program, you must 1) complete an Application for Admission, 2) pay the $50 non-refundable application fee, and 3) complete a tour. Admission into our programs are on a first-come, first-served basis. Siblings of currently enrolled students receive first priority. If at any time you would like your family removed from the waitlist, please contact us. If your family is contacted about an opening in our classroom, your family will have one week to accept or decline. If accepted, you must begin enrollment within 30 days, finalize all paperwork with the Admin before the student’s first day, and pay any additional fees.
